I am an existentially oriented psychotherapist with 25 years experience treating a range of people in a variety of settings. In my private practice, I believe I work most effectively with people who are open to mindfulness and other spiritual modalities. I would like to be of support to you as you struggle with life's challenges by providing empathy and understanding while maintaining a strategic and solution-focused stance. Our work together will be most effective by coming to a mutual understanding of how I can be most helpful to you with your particular challenges. I draw on a significant number of resources in my work with my clients. This will include poetry, art, music, philosophy and literature. I have found that an openness to art and other wisdom/learning traditions can assist patients with growth as well as the normalization of the human struggle. These are used as supports to assist us with understanding the universality of the human struggle.
