As a therapist, I strive to help my clients take their moments of devastation and use them to fuel their growth and restoration. I listen with a heart of compassion and empathy, without judgement. I feel it is of the utmost importance, that my clients know they have a safe place to vent, grieve, share, and grow.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and possess my master’s degree in Counseling. My professional experiences have led me to those clients who are struggling with grief, stress/anxiety, self-esteem, or life transitions such as divorce and career change. I provide individual counseling for adults ages 20 and up. I do not provide services for children/teens, family therapy or couples counseling. I use a person-centered approach as well as cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and motivational therapies to help empower my clients to discover their own passions by getting in touch with the best parts of themselves to create and reach the goals that they most desire to fulfill.

As we work together, I will help you tap into those internal resources to create an environment to gently stretch and challenge yourself to reach your goals. Together we will identify why the life you’re living no longer works for you. We will identify your reasons for your desire to change and develop measurable short-term strategies that will keep you motivated to reach your long-term goals.

I will walk right alongside of you every step of the way…you are not alone in your journey.
