About
I am an ACMHC working in Draper, Utah. I work with teens and adults and specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety and OCD. I can also help clients with depression, attachment injuries, trauma/PTSD, and relationships. I am passionate about helping clients recognize that while we can’t control everything that happens to us, we can learn to control how we respond. I enjoy helping clients heal by opening up their capacity for choice in the face of hardship and discomfort. I received a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Utah, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Utah Valley University, and a second Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Irvine.
