My approach to counseling is to meet you where you are at and to understand your story to get you where you want to be. Together we will understand your inner wants, needs and desires and how it relates to your inner and outer world experience with the goal to make your inner and outer world experiences come together to form an authentic and genuine self.

I work with individuals who are dealing with life after retirement, empty nests, new life stages, issues of identity and personal development at any age, as well as individuals in their 20s and 30s who are looking to understand how to adapt to a dynamic workplace. I have additional experience working with individuals who struggle w/ substance use disorders.

Mental health is an important part of life that can have positive influences in your life as well the people who are important to you. I look forward in being your emotional sherpa to understand the abstract world of emotions and all that comes w/ this emotional territory.
