I am proud to be alongside on the journey of each of my clients as a listening ear through their most difficult moments to share in their struggles and triumphs. My methodology encompasses an eclectic approach that combines Wellness, Mindfulness, CBT, Strength Based, Person-Centered, and Holistic Counseling. I am here to assist you through many of life’s transitions, interpersonal dysfunction, and the development of coping techniques. I primarily work with adolescents and adults struggling with change in identity, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, sexual identity, relational issues, and adjustment concerns through the lens of wellness. However, I do address and treat a variety of dysfunction beyond the aforementioned. As a therapist I am here to help individuals navigate and seek wellness from a myriad of stressors that can impose psychological distress. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere that is free from judgment. It is my hope that we will foster a strong therapeutic relationship in which goals can be established and worked toward collaboratively.
