Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing individual therapy services. It is my goal as a therapist to help stressed-out individuals feel less anxious and overwhelmed in their lives. I help clients to feel more confident in making positive changes that will empower them and create healthier relationships with those they love. I provide coping skills and potential solutions to clients through mindfulness therapy so that they can have the opportunity to feel at peace when they are dealing with various issues in life.
