I have devoted my professional career to providing therapy for young adults and adults with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Touro College (2010). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and New Jersey. I have had the opportunity to work in various settings and combine my down-to-earth and compassionate approach with a strength-based perspective to enable each client to thrive. I utilize a relational and psychodynamic approach in conjunction with my certification in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
