Hi there, I'm Nayeli! Hello, my name is Nayeli Ordonez and I’m a Latinx bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice consists of individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma, navigating life transitions as well as Latinx challenges balancing culture and families. As a new mom, I am also passionate about helping expecting and new mamas navigate postpartum and its challenges. My approach My therapeutic approach centers on creating more opportunities for space and reflection. I commonly use principles and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you build coping skills and manage emotions and stressful events.
