I am a Mental Health Counselor, licensed in Florida with over 10 years of professional counseling experience. I have helped clients manage depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, anger management, motivation, and self-esteem. I have also helped clients who are adjusting to life events, such as divorce/separation, new blended families, grief/loss, and incarceration of a loved one.

I believe a strong counselor-client relationship is key. I want my clients to feel they have a voice and their experiences are valid. Everyone deserves respect, compassion, and empathy. My counseling approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral. We will explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors and identify how they impact overall well-being. I will tailor our communication and treatment plan to meet your needs and goals.
