With that, you’re still the expert on you and your life, so you bring your experiences and I’ll bring my knowledge, and together we can figure out how to help you figure out how to get exactly what you’re wanting in life. I specialize in working with teens and parents, as I’ve worked with them most of my life in one form or another from doing therapy and mentoring to teaching English abroad. That being said I also enjoy working with adults too on any number of problems that might be bothering you, such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, self harm, conduct issues/parent coaching, OCD, life adjustments, identity questions, or anything else that is causing distress. Whatever it is, let me help you, and if there’s something I don’t have the proper expertise in then I also have no problem admitting that and directing you to someone who can help so that you don’t have to waste your time.
