Most people are searching how to develop meaning in their lives? Have you ever considered working with someone to find this path? Someone who listens, and develops a relationship built on trust and care, where you can investigate and find answers to different problems? We all need to work on overcoming roadblocks in life, but a lot of us don't because we don't know where to start. I have several years experience and believe my experience, knowledge, and compassion can assist you in developing the tools needed to reach your goals.
My program is designed to help individuals work on their mindset by helping them identify what is holding them back and then learning how to work through it. I work with but am not limited to those who have Reactive Attachment Disorders, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Self-harm, Performance Anxiety, and others.
In life, people experience anxiety, depression, sports-related issues, difficulty focusing (ADHD), and other difficult situations. In my experience, people encounter hard times in many different forms and would like someone to assist them. I'm here to help if you are facing hard times.
