I am licensed in Colorado with 12 years of professional work experience in the field of mental health. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, intimacy related issues, parenting issues, stress, overwhelm and adjusting to major life changes. I believe therapy is primarily a self-acceptance process, that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. In our time together we will look at your past and present as well as pay special attention to how you feel in the moment about our time together. As people tend to repeat patterns of behavior, thinking and feeling in many different relationship settings, in our work together, I pay special attention to the therapist/client relationship we form and use this as a guide in our work together.
