My practice is present focused and results oriented, keeping you moving towards your chosen goals at all times. I am unconditional, motivating and positive in my focus with my clients. I will assist you in working out emotional issues that are not allowing you to grow, helping you find a more meaningful life is one of my goals. Mindfulness breathing is also taught for concentration and calming. My approach is holistic, balancing mind, body and spirit. I have studied & incorporate techniques from various schools of thought to help individuals recognize trauma triggers, current stressors and work on their emotional well-being.
