Hi, I am licensed in Florida with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting issues and other areas. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind and body. I integrate mindfulness and somatic interventions to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
