I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have been working in the mental health field for the last seven years. Most of my clinical experience comes from working at the inpatient level. This level of experience has given me a wealth of knowledge about diagnoses and treatment that would be unavailable to people working at strictly the outpatient level. Because of this experience I have seen a variety of issues with individuals and families that has given me a better understand of how to treat those who are seeking mental health intervention. I have a large amount of experience treating the things that affect people the most which are Mood Disorders (Depression, Anxiety, ADHD etc). In our current climate these issues are especially prevalent and being able to trust a skilled clinician is important!

I firmly believe in the power of relationship and its ability to heal issues for those that are struggling with mental health issues. I am a very focused and driven in my work and you can trust that I will be focused and driven towards helping you find a solution to the issues you are dealing with. I very much believe that there can be solutions for everything we are dealing with if given enough time and trust in the relationship you're working with. When we begin our work together you can trust that I will help you identify the problem, work on constructing a solution together, and moving forward. I will of course also take into account the unique person that you are and help you identify what works for you, not just what I think works best.
