I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio with 5 years of experience working primarily with Veterans and their families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: PTSD, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, sleep hygiene, relationship issues, change in family dynamics, familial discord, emotion regulation, suicidal ideation, and addiction providing psycho- education through Driving Intervention Programs

My hope is to encourage you to be the best version of your self; whatever that looks like! I am very down to earth and will listen with an open mind. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect.
I am client- centered; finding and utilizing your strengths, being empathetic and mindful to your needs and your goals are my priority.
