You will need to complete this setup in order to confirm your appointment.*** I have a master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling, a graduate certificate in child and adolescent psychology, and specialty training in trauma therapies. My clinical experience began in 2019, working with people of all ages and genders facing various challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidality. I work with children and adolescents as a speciality area in my practice and enjoy helping everyone discover new ways to navigate life stressors. My approach to therapy is to make sure you are involved in the process. I will work with you to define your goals of therapy and what's important for you to work on. Because sometimes words are not enough, I use creative approaches to help with uncovering and discovering self. I also use evidence-based techniques to ensure that the practices provide the most benefit to you. During a session together, you can expect to work through the goals that you have set. I hope to create a safe, supportive environment that will allow you the freedom to be as expressive as you would like.
