I am a family and individual therapist licensed in Louisiana and Texas. I have 27 years of experience working as a clinical social worker. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, and relationship issues.

I am the author of Journaling My Truth, a therapy inspired journaling poetry workbook to encourage and motivate you to speak your truth.

My therapy style is interactive and very compassionate. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused and acceptance and commitment therapy. Your treatment plan will be unique to your individual needs.
