I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota and South Dakota. A life shared is what we all strive for, however relationships can be very challenging at times. When you take two people and bring them together you are also combining different learning styles, communication styles, experiences and how you perceive a situation. The goal is to communicate effectively by being able to share what you think and how you feel. As far as individually it helps to explore more of your own thoughts and where these thoughts are coming from. Ultimately, you do not have to do any of this alone and that is why I am here to help.
With compassion and empathy, I like to provide a warm and welcoming space where you can be heard and validated. Whether you are looking for individual therapy or couples, I will meet you where you are at in the process and we will work together on reaching goals that you have in order to feel confident, happy and at a good place in your life again.
