Hello! I am a licensed therapist with 8 years of experience working with people who suffer from anxiety & depression, panic disorder, low self-esteem, loss/grief, and are going through major life transition (both positive and negative changes can be stressful). My methods involve client-centered reflection to help you understand how the problems are currently affecting your life. Then, I tailor my approach to meet your specific goals. You might want coping skills, and also just a space to share your feelings and ideas. We'll decide a treatment plan together.

I specialize in "childhood emotional neglect" which is the experience of being raised by parents/caregivers who couldn't handle your feelings and often ignored your emotional needs. That can make emotional and relational experiences in adulthood very hard to manage. It might be hard to feel satisfied in relationships, or let people take care of of you. It can also be a challenge to be kind to yourself - you might have a really loud and mean "inner critic". There are ways to work on these problems, and you can get better. I've seen it happen and I'd love to help you :)

As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I am trained in how to understand the way relationships work. I can help individuals navigate the complex patterns we create with friends, family, partners and others. Relationships can be so satisfying but they can also cause us stress, worry, fear, and pain. I am here to help you figure out what is going on, and how to move forward in your relationship problems.
