I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, California with 9 years of experience in the field, including residential and outpatient settings. I have worked with clients and families with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, parenting problems, as well as those who have experienced trauma.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and trauma informed care. I will tailor the therapeutic process and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

The first step on the path to healing can be the hardest. At times we may not feel as strong with the things life may throw at us. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Allow me to support you, and work with you throughout your journey.
