Hello! I am licensed therapist working in Pennsylvania over the last few years in multiple mental health settings and roles providing me with the ability to adapt and effectively meet needs of those I work with. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with stress, life changes, anxiety, depression, learning to live with grief, loss, and trauma, along with other mood related concerns. I always try to work with clients on promoting a warm and inviting space, allowing individuals to feel safe and comfortable to be open and vulnerable. I am all about respect and transparency- you are taking time for yourself and prioritizing your needs, and that needs to be our mutual focus.
Along with promoting a client centered approach, I also emphasize teaching and practicing strategies grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
