Hi! Congrats on taking the initial steps to taking better care of your mental health! My name is Natasha Cook. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, who has been working with children, teens, and adults for over 20 years. I received my training from Washington University in St. Louis, Loyola University Maryland, and The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Throughout my career, I've provided mental health services in the private sector (civilians in private practices in Maryland, DC, and Virginia) and the public sector (civilians and veterans in state and federal governments in DC and Virginia). The diversity of these settings have allowed me to conduct psychological assessments, psychotherapy, and consultations for Employee Assessment Programs (EAPs).
