I understand the vulnerability it takes to open yourself up to a therapist, and I promise to join you on your journey with patience, strength, and hope lighting the way. With collaboration and mindfulness, it is my goal to increase your tolerance for heavy emotions, integrate fragmented parts of the self, and discovered the uncharted territory barrier within your mind. I work with individuals and couples to explore experiences in attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, and other life changing experiences.
