I am a licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts and have 10+ years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses/concerns including but not limited to the following: depression, anxiety, panic disorder, sleep, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem and life transitions. My experience includes an age range from childhood to older adults, and all genders.
My therapy style is flexible to your unique needs, and I enjoy getting to know you as a person. I am known to be relatable and interactive during visits. Respect is one of my top priorities and I believe it is important to feel truly comfortable with a therapist to make progress with your own goals in treatment. My approach is combined with many theories and techniques, some examples are cognitive behavioral therapy skills, mindfulness, solution focused skills, and behavioral interviewing.
