It is my experience that you know yourself better than anyone, and that is where I like to meet my clients when it comes to providing treatment. I integrate solution-focused, short-term modalities when assisting clients in finding their steady grounding. I also integrate wellness, mind-body medicine, and cognitive behavioral techniques that take into account the whole being of an individual.
