Hi, I'm Natalie. I am a psychotherapist providing individual services for adults, adolescents, and their families. I currently provide virtual sessions to all California residents. Life is messy and being human can be painful. At times, we may find ourselves saturated in feelings of hopelessness, shame, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, or the reverberations of past experiences. This pain can manifest in a range of ways, affecting us emotionally, physically, and mentally, and has the power to profoundly impact the way we move through the world, relate to others, and relate to ourselves. Healing is possible. I believe in the innate capacity for healing that resides within each of us, and I am here to support you on your journey toward wholeness. Finding our way through pain and trauma can be daunting, and seeking support is a courageous step toward healing. We are not meant to do this alone. Together, we will lay down the groundwork for safety, co-creating a safe and nurturing relational space. Our work together involves identifying, exploring, and metabolizing the deep-seated pain residing within, giving rise to more joy, ease, certainty, and fulfillment within your life and your relationships. My style is relational, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I will meet you in this space with warmth and compassion. This is a space for you to feel, to process, to grieve, to laugh, to be angry, to explore-to just be, as you are. I know that reaching out for therapy can be intimidating, and I also know that it can be life-changing.
