I provide my clients with a safe and empathetic space for growth and healing. I specialize working with clients with anxiety, relationship issues and trauma. I help clients build insight in their process of healing from childhood and current relationship wounds causing problems in the present. I have specialized experience working with women, adults, teens, and couples. My eclectic approach used in treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered, Emotion Focused, and Mindfulness to meet client’s goals and needs. We will work together on your journey to create skills and better resources. I am trained in Gottman Method (I), Emotion Focused Therapy, and Brainspotting (Trauma Therapy) 1 & 2.
