I am a licensed in Texas with over 6 years of professional counseling work experience. I am a former teacher, coach and collegiate athlete. I have been married to my college sweetheart for over 14 years. I am the mother to one son (16), step mother to two daughters (23&19) and GG to one adorable grand daughter(3). I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, suicidal ideation, self-acceptance, anxiety, anger management among other things.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
