Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in CA and have been providing therapy since 2014. Whether you are feeling anxious, sad, stressed, angry, confused or stuck, therapy can offer a safe space for you to explore your inner world and gain new insights and skills. I have helped clients across the lifespan manage difficult emotions, heal traumas, gain self-confidence, learn new skills for navigating romantic and social relationships, find relief from long-term mental health issues, uncover creativity and life purpose, and reconnect with their partners in new ways.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples specifically around issues of anxiety, trauma and PTSD; relationship/attachment issues; post-partum, fertility, and parenting issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and working with spirituality and altered states of consciousness. I have a Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and have years of experience working in both community mental health as well as private practice settings.

My style is warm, accepting, and collaborative. I use a holistic and eclectic approach incorporating mindfulness, somatic methods, EMDR therapy and CBT to fit the needs and wishes of each client. In my experience no “one type” of therapy rarely fits anybody. People are a complex blend of traits and require a multitude of approaches depending on who they are, their present issues, and personal preferences. My role is to adapt a style and treatment plan that is unique to you.
