My own personal experience with PTSD, anxiety, and depression is the reason I do this work. I specialize in childhood sexual abuse, grief, bipolar disorder, adult children of alcoholics, addiction, menopause, and LGBTQ issues. I enjoy couples and family therapy as well. I see children aged 12 and up. My work is client-centered, strength-based, and solution focused. Together, we can explore your concerns, your goals, and the obstacles that are keeping you stuck or holding you back. In most cases, long-term therapy is not necessary. My goal is to help you heal and grow so that you no longer need therapy as quickly as possible.
