I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri and Arkansas with seven years of experience. I am here to help you on your individual journey, and to encourage and foster your health and happiness. We are all just humans trying to deal with our emotions, and the challenges life has to throw at us. I've learned some tools to help in this process, and I enjoy helping others. I have a lot of experience working with individuals and families dealing with trauma, parenting issues, relationship issues, and identity struggles. I use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapies, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Mindfulness methods. I can tailor my treatment methods to suit your individual needs.
