Hello, I have over eight years experience working in the mental-health field. I enjoy working with teens, couples and individuals in therapy. Mental Health can be elusive, and it can affect every aspect of your presence from significant relationships, family life, and work. Most importantly it can distort how you see your reality.
By building a supportive therapeutic relationship, we can create a safe place to explore life struggles, understand difficult issues, learn new skills, and enhance relationships, which can lead to a more satisfying life.
