I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can develop tools to successfully respond to life’s challenges.I believe it's important in therapy to identify and build upon client strengths so they feel empowered to face personal obstacles with confidence and dignity. My approach to therapy is solution-focused with emphasis on supporting positive change. I bring 6 years of direct clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, relationship difficulties, and more. My background includes training in CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
