About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in Illinois. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have worked in both clinic and private practice settings. The majority of my current practice has been with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have extensive training and experience with addictions and crisis counseling. I take a mostly client-centered approach with my clients and strive to make sessions tailored to their individual needs. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to process life's challenges and to provide unconditional support. I take a collaborative approach with clients to identify the efficacy of their current coping strategies and to help them explore new ones.
