Hi there! I am so glad you're here taking this big step! I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I graduated from Binghamton University with my undergrad in Human Development and Masters in Social Work. I have been working as a therapist in the healthcare system for five years working along side psychiatrists and providers in primary care sites. My focus is primarily rooted in relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and generalized anxiety disorder. I utilize variations of CBT and DBT with my clients to help promote a sense of independence and acceptance. A little bit about my style of therapy, I aim to make this experience feel as natural and open as possible. I find that people come into therapy with an expectation of being told how to deal with their concerns - when in fact, I want to walk along side you in this journey.
