My name is Natalia Cruz Navarro. I consider myself bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC) and a Masters in Social Work from San José State University. My goal as a psychotherapist is to provide an environment of compassion and support, to help individuals overcome obstacles in their lives, and to help them move forward and thrive.

In my practice as a psychotherapist, I like to use an eclectic approach to treatment that is primarily evidence based, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), amongst other modalities to support my clients. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with negative self-talk, poor self-esteem, mood issues, work stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and communication issues.
