Hi there, I'm Narkesia! You are not alone. Many benefit from the empathetic and nonjudgemental support of a trained professional. I utilize a collaborative approach with my clients providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I work with those seeking to increase self-awareness, and insight into one's patterns both with ourselves and with others. My practice is devoted to helping you connect with your truth and deeper knowledge of yourself; build stronger relational bonds and improve communication challenges, and overcome crises- awakening the warrior within you. While I possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to work on a wide rand of issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational issues- I am particularly focused on helping people process and heal from trauma, performance-related issues, invalidation, and abuse. I specialize in Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I know how important it is to feel safe and supported in order to foster growth in oneself. My intention is to provide a calm and safe space to support you on your path to deeper healing.
