Hi!
I provide individual, couples and family therapy. I work with individuals to process various issues including, but not limited to, stress, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, anger, trauma, and difficulty in relationships. I have taken a host of training and is certified in ART: Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I hold a License Mental Health Counselor licensure and I am here to assist you in your wellness journey. My goal is to help you overcome any emotional challenges. As a therapist I am here to help you process any emotional blocks, trauma, and life stressors. It’s difficult to deal with hard stuff and I am here to help you, empower you and get you through this. I’m dedicated to your wellness journey, compassionate and ready to help you achieve your goals.
