Our lives are in a chaotic transition. It takes strength to seek guidance through therapeutic relationships that create harmony and balance. My counseling philosophy is person-centered, individualized to meet client needs as we develop goals to create new opportunities for success. I focus on clients with food addiction, binge eating, depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem, and interventions for major life-changing events. I counsel clients on all mental health issues, especially those who struggle with anxiety, depression, obesity, and weight. I am passionate about helping clients. I develop comprehensive treatment plans to help clients based on their uniqueness, motivation, and goals. I develop the necessary rapport with my clients by taking the time to identify their struggles and assist them in finding solutions that fit their needs. Obesity and weight reduction are physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging. My specialization is working with obesity, bariatric surgery patients, and obesity-related eating disorders. I am an Obesity Action Coalition Advocate and Volunteer my time with several support groups online and in the local area.
