I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have over 20 years experience in the behavioral, mental and medical health field, and practice from a holistic mind-body approach. I use my broad knowledge of practical psychological tools and extensive experience to help people tackle issues they wish to address, such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, and relationship issues. My approach is warm, direct, down to earth, and empathic. I work hard to help my clients see themselves clearly, learn from their experiences, and get the most out of counseling. I know choosing a therapist is a personal experience. I believe that everyone can change, heal, grow, and learn from all experiences—sometimes we just need to have more support, knowledge, or expert guidance to do so.
