I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and healing yoga facilitator with 35 years of experience partnering with and assisting people navigating through life challenges and transitions. I am experienced working with individuals and groups who seek to have more peace, balance, and well-being. My experience and skills as a counselor, educator, and coach have been utilized in my work with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. I believe that each person holds their answers. My role is to help find tools for healing and thriving, facilitate confidence, and assist individuals in finding the voice needed to advocate and protect themselves. There is a wonder in the world, and when we move from fear to curiosity, we have created a path for healing.
