About

Are all of the current events including the pandemic seriously affecting your ability to cope? Are you feeling overwhelmed worrying about finances, family, job and health concerns? Are you feeling depressed, anxious and isolated? I totally get it! So many people feel ashamed or weak when they want to seek help. Please do not let these feelings stop you. It is important to get the support & resources that you need now. It is in our nature to put others first. You need a safe place just for you to sort things out, express your feelings and fears then leave it there so you can be there for everyone else who needs you. Let me help.

Seeking help should not be a shameful process. Whenever I see a client I not only help them through their journey, I also use that time to educate them. I try to help them see where they do have control in their lives and how to use their newly developed skills in their daily life.

Like many people I have had my share of trauma and tragedy. I have found it is the tough times in our lives which creates change, the good times allow us to celebrate and recharge. It is important to listen to our body and understand how it communicates with us. This level of awareness and understanding allows us to live proactively instead of re-actively which improves quality of life.

It is important to me to provide the best services I can while respecting my clients’ personal beliefs, personal integrity and how they view their world. My approach is personalized and strength based. For more information please do not hesitate to contact me.
