- I understand how much courage it takes to reach out for support and I appreciate you reading my bio. I've been working with individuals in the SF Bay Area and other parts of California for over 35 years, helping to offer supportive, client-centered, whole person, integrated care.
- I have experience in helping clients adjust to different phases of life and to heal from past hurts, betrayals, and conflicts. I specialize in relationship issues, family conflicts, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I welcome you, as a client, and will treat you with respect, sensitivity, cultural awareness, compassion and kindness. I honor you -- from reading this, to taking an active role in your therapy. I reflect, teach, coach, encourage, inspire and help you grow into a new way of living your life.
- Therapy can raise your awareness and usually, clients experience greater self acceptance and self love/respect/caring. I will help you and together, we will discover new insights or ways of seeing you and situations you may be facing. I will customize treatment, and your sessions, to meet your unique needs. This is not one size fits all! It takes open-mindedness to give therapy a try, even if you are not new to therapy.
