I am a client-centered therapist with over 15 plus years experience in the field of individual counseling with a focus on women's issues, life adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, career challenges, self-esteem issues, and other issues related to achieving your best self. I have worked with clients within the context of private practice as well as treatment facilities and hospital settings. This provides me with a certain scope of understanding and experience. I am licensed in both New Mexico and Florida.

Both professionally and personally, I strive to understand each client's own unique cultural and personal experience. My clarity of understanding comes from being highly engaging, inquisitive, and interactive while being respectful, warm and accepting. By working together, we derive a workable and achievable treatment plan which prioritizes your most meaningful therapy outcome.
