I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 40 years professional experience. Some of those years have been spent primarily in providing therapeutic services, some have been spent in primarily educational services, and some have been spent doing both. At any given time, the one I'm involved in is my favorite; I have spent my life to now doing and loving both.

I am client centered in my approach. I will be very interested in your perceptions about the situation that troubles you and even more interested in what you believe may be helpful to you as you try to solve it. But that being said, expect some work in rational behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy with some elements of mindfulness.

I am particularly drawn to children of trauma, but am equally at home in working with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I hope to be able to meet your therapy needs
