I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been counseling for 40 years and still feel the exhilaration of seeing one of my clients take their first steps towards a better more fulfilling life. We all need hope and the ability to see choices and occasionally we are so far into the rabbit hole that no choices seem possible. Without choice, there is no hope. I believe in the positivity of choice and change even though this seems scary at times. Over the years I have worked with multiple clients, individuals, couples, families and teens, who want to feel well but just can not find the path. I specialize in a process called Family Systems that encompasses your family of origin and why you are who you are today.
We look for themes and patterns that you keep repeating in a vicious cycle. Ghosts must be exorcised, whether living or dead, to be able to progress in our own lives. With warmth, lack of judgment, encouragement and truthful support, I believe I can help you let go and move forward. That is my goal for you; what is yours?
