I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin with 3 years of professional work experience as a therapist and over 7 years of experience working within community settings. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression and more. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I always work to meet the client where they are at, and put time into learning a client's support systems, culture, traditional upbringing and goals in order to be aware of daily challenges.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be very scary, overwhelming and it takes courage to start this journey. I am here to support you in that process and I am proud of you for getting started!
