I am a MA-based licensed social worker with 14 years experience helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and difficult emotions such as guilt, shame, loneliness, grief, and chronic feelings of low self-worth. I work hard to create a safe and nurturing space where you can feel heard and understood, without fear of being judged.
