I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker from the State of Ohio. My passion is helping people get to where they want to be. With over 30 years of experience in the mental health and addiction fields, I have done therapy with individual adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents to meet whatever issues they are struggling with. I have expertise in depression, anxiety, OCD, and relationship and addiction issues. I am experienced in mental health issues, trauma, and diagnostics. I take a client-centered approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and exposure therapy. I will begin where you are and help you get to where you want to be. My purpose is to help you reach your goals, live a happier and more peaceful life, to help you find the coping to be able to feel safe and comfortable. I will help you overcome obstacles and reach your full potential. I start with a nonjudgmental solution-focused approach to listening and provide a safe place to work toward resolution thru coping and regaining the control necessary to help develop calm and peace.
